10 Days 9 Nights holidays package to Alexandria, Cairo, Aswan & Luxor

Day 1: Arrival and check-in at your hotel.

Arrival at Cairo International Airport, assistance with luggage and transfer to your hotel by a private car with air conditioning. You will be assisted by our representative for check-in.

Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Egyptian Museum, The Great Pyramids, The Sphinx and Khan El Khalili Bazaar.

Breakfast at your hotel. Start your holidays in Egypt visiting the Egyptian Museum of antiquities. It displays the largest and most precious items of the Egyptian art in the world.
It exhibits a rare collection of over 250,000 genuine artifacts that date as far back as 5000 years, including an exclusive exhibit dedicated to the Tutankhamon - A collection of treasures, gold, and jewelry that were burried in his tomb for over 3,500 years before they were discovered in the 1920s when his tomb was excavated.

Visit the Great Pyramids - Cheops, Chephren & Mykerinos and have a close-up look at the Sphinx - The legendary guardian that stands by the huge funeral complex with its lion body and the head of king Chephren.

Visit the Khan El Khalili Bazaar. The inumerous shops in this district are known for trading fine brassware, copper, perfumes, leather, silver, gold, antiques and much more.

At the end of the day we will transfer you to the train station to get the Overnight Sleeper Train to Aswan. Dinner is provided on the train.

Day 3: Arrival in Aswan and check-in at your hotel.

Breakfast on the train before arrival to Aswan, our representative will meet & assist you on your transfer to the hotel and check-in.

Optional not included: Visit the temple of Abu Simbel.
Abul Simbel was built by Ramses II during the 19th Dynasty. It is one of the glories of the ancient Egyptian monuments and it was saved from the inundation of the Nile waters. The temple is built out of a sandstone and it has depicted deities carved on its huge facade. Nearby lies a small temple of the king's wife, Nefertari,and it was dedicated to the goddess Hathor. This day trip can be done by plane or bus.

Day 4: High Dam, Philae Temple and Sobek and Haroeris Temple.

Breakfast in your hotel and transfer to the cruise. Boarding.

Before lunch, visit the High Dam and the Philae Temple that was removed from its original island of Philae (Now it is submerged by the waters of Lake Nasser during most times in the year). Lunch will be served on board and the cruise will sail to Kom Ombo while you enjoy a pleasant afternoon tea. Later, visit the temple that was shared by two gods Sobek and Haroeris and sail to Edfu. Dinner will be served on board.

Overnight in Edfu.

Day 5: Horus Temple.

Breakfast on board. Visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, cross the lake and sail to Luxor.

Spend a relaxing afternoon on the cruise, enjoying the scenery while having an afternoon tea. Later don't miss your Galabeya party! Dinner will be served on board.

Overnight in Luxor.

Day 6: Valley of the Kings, Colossal of Memnon and Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.

Breakfast on board. Start your full day tour visiting the West Bank. Drive to the Valley of Kings and visit the tombs of pharaohs of different dynasties and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (Deir El Bahari). On the way back, visit the Colossal of Memnon, the two gigantic sitting statues that represent Amenophis III facing the Nile.

Lunch will be served on board. Spend a free afternoon at your leisure on the cruise, enjoying the scenery while having an afternoon tea.

Overnight in Luxor.

Day 7: Luxor Temple & Karnak Temple

Breakfast on board. Disembark.

At Luxor Temple gaze at its courtyard and the amazing granite statues of Ramses II. With a choice of carriage or bus go to the Karnak Temple, a large complex with a series of temples that were built in different reigns. Start at the avenue of sphinxes and visit the unfinished propylon, the hypostyle hall and its 134 gigantic columns, the obelisks of queen Hatshepsut and Tutomosis III, the temple of Amon, beautifully adorned with lotus and papyrus designs, the granite scarb of Amenophis III and the sacred lake.

At the end of the day we will transfer you to the train station to get the overnight sleeper train to Cairo. Dinner is provided on the train.

Optional not included: Hot air balloon ride.
If you want to make your stay in Luxor unforgettable, hop on a hot air ballon and drift peacefully over the Valley of Kings, Valley of the Queens and the Mountain on the Nobles.

Day 8: Arrival in Cairo, Transfer to Alexandria, Roman Theater, Catacombs of Kom El-Shoqafa, Montaza Gardens and Alexandria Library.

Breakfast on the train before arrival in Cairo. Transfer to Alexandria by car with air conditioning. You will be assisted by our representative for check-in.

Start your trip visiting the Roman Theater, a complex that holds a theater with marble seats, (that fits up to 800 spectators), galleries, the section of a spectacular mosaic flooring and a garden surrounded by roman villas and baths. Then visit the Pompey's Pillar, followed by a visit to the mysterious Catacombs of Kom El-Shoqafa. These ancient tombs are divided in three levels, containing the Triclinium, where relatives used to sit on stone benches to feast in honor of the dead. Inside the catacombs there are statues of Sobec & Anubis wearing Roman armors that date back to the 2nd century A.D. Then visit Elshawary, the Montaza Gardens and the Alexandria Library. You can also visit the Qaytbay Citadel and El Mursi Abu Elabas, however, only from the outside.

Overnight in Alexandria.

Day 9: Transfer to Cairo and check-in at your hotel.

Breakfast at your hotel and transfer to Cairo by a private car with air conditioning.

Upon arrival you will be assisted by our representative for check-in at your hotel.

Overnight in Cairo.

Optional not included: Memphis, Sakkara and Old Cairo.
Visit Sakkara, located only 27 km southwest away from Cairo. Visit the Step Pyramid (Built for king Zoser), it is considered an important part in the process of the pyramid evolution, which were made from the simple mastaba to its widely known form. Then visit to the pyramids of Unas & Oser-Kaf, the tomb of Mereruka, Ti & Pta-Hotep (Carved and painted tombs).

Visit Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt, where the colossal statue of Ramses II and the great Alabaster Sphinx are. Then visit the old part of Cairo, the Church of Abu-Sergah and
St. Barbara, the hanging church, and the old jewish synagogue - Ben Ezra Synagogue.

Optional not included: Dinner cruise on the Nile.
Enjoy your dinner on a cruise ship, gliding through the waters of the Nile, while watching a belly dancing and tanura show.

Day 10: Check-out and transfer to the airport.

Breakfast and check-out at your hotel in Cairo. Meet our representative who will transfer you to the Cairo International Airport.
